Nikica Krnić has been connected to football and sport in general, not only as a footballer in younger generations, but as a supporter, club’s official and a vice president of the Supervisory Board in the leading Croatian football club. He has dedicated special attention to strategic creation of development processes transformation and supervision of the Academy systems, as well as reorganization of the football federations. Nikica is systematic, creative and quick witted in putting theoretical ideas into practice. While building up any of the systems, he apprehends and appreciates historical, sociological, philosophical and psychological aspects which are important for the integration and appreciation in the society.
