  • Goalkeeping
    • Goalkeeper Scouting – a document that provides an immediate assessment of the goalkeeper’s abilities, skills, and knowledge. This document is the starting point for further training of the goalkeeper and a proposal for his future activities and work.
    • Individual work on technical skills – processing of elementary, dynamic, and then functional techniques as basic prerequisites for quality tactical performance and implementation.
    • Preparation of the goalkeeper for the upcoming matches, processing of the opponent and their principle of action as well as the specifics of the opponent’s action through all 4 moments of the football game (attacking phase, defensive phase, positive and negative transitions + set pieces)
    • Processing the current level of motor skills, development plan, and monitoring the acquisition of knowledge and skills for goalkeepers
    • Development of an action plan and setting the priorities and the dynamics of resolving the perceived goalkeeper’s shortcomings concerning his age.
    • Unified education of young goalkeepers until their physical maturation when we individualize and adapt TE-TA elements to their morphological and other characteristics. After they reach final maturation, we form their defensive style to achieve maximum efficiency.
    • Preparation of documentation necessary for the work of the goalkeeping academy but also monitoring the development of goalkeepers (working manuals and processed Te-TA elements through methodological training procedures) and the introduction of unified football (goalkeeping) terminology for easier understanding throughout the Academy
    • Assessment of goalkeeper’s efficiency and further work plan – based on spatial time orientation and goalkeeper analysis during training or match (goalkeeping tactics). This analysis accurately diagnoses where the goalkeeper was and where he should be concerning the ball, the opponent (open, closed ball), his players, and whether the direction of his action, reaction time-moment, and speed were adequate when performing a goalkeeper’s actions.
    • Assessment of the goalkeeper’s psychological characteristics of his motivation for work, work ethic, team spirit, emotional stability, situational intelligence, the recovery time of the frustrating element, and further development plan on the identified shortcomings.

    • Introduction of a football knowledge curriculum- a key document of the whole football knowledge and skills that a player can possess. Each player in the club would be explained precisely where he stands within the parameters, and given what is defined, it will be easier to influence his development.
